We all love our sweets! Sweet treats are satisfying but need not be full of sugar. I have put together a list of healthy desserts I have found that both satisfy that sweet craving and provide guilt-free nutritious options. What makes these desserts healthy is the use of fat substitutes, such as avocado, bananas and legumes, as well as sugar substitutes or very limited sugar.
